Q. WHAT DOES IT COST?

A. At ICRE, we suggest that your participation costs you nothing when you consider your savings with other members and the new business generated for your business by your membership. The more appropriate question to ask is:

Q. HOW DOES ICRE GET PAID?
A. First, there is a monthly service charge for which you receive the following:

1. Up to four optional monthly Networking Meetings where you receive instructions and have the opportunity to network with other members.

2. Display Meetings where you can display and sell your products or services, and at the same time, network with other members.

3. One newsletter mailed per month, plus three e-mailed/ faxed member promotions per week.

4. One half of your meal cost paid at meetings.

5. Brokerage services to help you transact ICRE related business.

6. Broker Luncheons with training in specific areas.

7. Accounting which includes tracking your transactions and a monthly statement.

The monthly fees start at $25.00 cash, $15.00 credit dollars. The cash portion is reduced to $13.50 when you attend at least one meeting per month and postmark your bill by the 10th of the month.

Second, fees for your purchases are only 12%. This fee is reduced to 10.8% when postmarked by the 10 of the month. You pay no fees when you sell.

NETWORKING MEETINGS are held several times every month. (These meetings are not Mandatory) These meetings give you an opportunity to:

1. Meet other members with whom you will do business.
2. Learn how to use the exchange to your advantage.
3. Display your products and services for the purpose of attracting new customer.

ICRE supports your business by providing these networking opportunities and you benefit from your profitable contacts and new business! You receive a guarantee of $500.00 credit dollars per year when you average one meeting per month. This results in a guaranteed net profit of $200.00 per year just for attendance at networking meetings.

NO RISK TRIAL MEMBERSHIP

The one time lifetime membership fee covers ICRE's marketing & sales expense which includes training you in the use of the system and a lifetime of savings using our cooperative and referral service.

NO RISK TRIAL MEMBERSHIP: The undersigned hereby applies for membership in the International Credit Reserve Exchange, Ltd. and agrees to abide by the current Rules and Regulations listed in the Membership Directory which are incorporated herein by reference. Upon signing this application, the undersigned agrees to pay $.20 in cash for every $1.00 credit purchase* until the one-time membership fee is paid.

*These are net credits, you have none of your cash tied-up in ICRE Credit Dollars.

Membership fees are based on the following:

5 and under employees: $995.00

6 - 15 employees: $1,495.00

The membership fee varies with the size of the company. This is due to several factors.

1. The sales effort involved

2. The level of training involved

3. The anticipated savings to be achieved

ICRE's fee structure is designed as a commission on the NET CASH SAVINGS resulting from the use of the system.
